Thoughts:

May has been a long month and I think that’s well reflected in my having read 9 books. The books I finished at the beginning of May feel like they are from a long time ago. I feel that I’m in a good rhythm of reading daily and balancing out different genres and formats.

This month Stone Blind was an unexpected hit while When Women Were Dragons was a real disappontment. The Certainties and The Mythmakers were a couple of others I quite enjoyed and hope to review soon.

What’s Next:

20 Books of Summer! I’ll share my list in a separate post tomorrow!

    1. It’s compromised of very brief vignettes and somehow his voice just didn’t work for me. He’s very upbeat but I didn’t feel generally uplifted. They are personal stories but I didn’t feel like I was getting to know him.
